BASED IN PITSHANGER

Mirage Opticians was established in 1992 by Dilesh Patel, BSc, M Optom, offering a high standard of professional optical care to his many patients. His practice in Pitshanger Lane underwent a complete refit in 2008.

The practice has since invested in some of the latest equipment and technology.

"Following a couple of purchases of new glasses using online opticians, both with very poor results, I came back to Mirage Opticians for my new prescription, and what a difference. The attention to detail Mirage took in ensuring that my frames fitted correctly, and that the varifocal elements of the lenses were perfectly aligned to my pupils was incredibly thorough, and end result was perfect. I will never use an online optician again, and I have no hesitation recommending Mirage Opticians for their first class service"

OUR BRANDS

4D EYE SCAN

The SPECTRALIS 4D HD Eye Health Check uses a patented eye-tracking system that allows the opticians to identify those at risk of eye disease more easily. The tracking system allows the 3D scan to be placed in exactly the same place at each visit, giving a true 4D view of change over time. This helps to reveal eye disease which may not yet be noticeable by the patient or detectable with a traditional eye exam.
